SWIMMING LESSONS
We are a ROYAL LIFE SAVING SOCIETY accredited swim school with a fantastic team of very experienced and dedicated swimming teachers who's passion is to help your child to respect the water and to learn to survive and swim as soon as possible.
We are a continuous swim school operating 6 days a week. We run all year round except public holidays and a Xmas break. Upon joining you are required to pay a bond of $60.00(used upon giving notice, not ours to keep). When you hold a position you are required to pay $15.00 per week (no credits for missed lessons) until you give 4 weeks notice in advance when you longer require the position and use your Bond for the notice given.
It is never to early or late to start swimming you can start at our swim school as early as you like for your new born baby with a special program offered for infants right through to 1 on 1 lessons for adults. We also have a family class available and you can also make your own classes up with your friends at any level.
PRIVATE HYDROTHERAPY POOL HIRE
Our pool is the cleanest pool in Kalgoorlie, it is a indoor pool and we maintain a temperature of 32 degrees, our pool is a salt pool and is 20 meters long it is the same depth throughout ideal for hydrotherapy exercises. We have private shower/change rooms, and when you hire our pool you are the only one in there unless you invite someone to come with you. It costs $12 per person.
WATER FITNESS CLASSES
For all ages are currently operating on a Friday morning at 9.00am
Classes are $12 all level of fitness are invited to come and have some fun whilst exercising in our private facility, no sticky beeks watching.
MASSAGE THERAPY
We offer all types of massage from deep tissue through relaxation, pregnancy massage and reflexology. So treat your tired overworked body to a deep tissue massage to alleviate severe tension in the muscle and enhance function and aid in the healing process to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Our massages are $90 for 1 hour and $65 for half hour.
BABY MASSAGE CLASSES
Settling your baby can be stressful at times and we can help.
Is a great way to learn how to massage and connect with your baby plus it has great benefits include relaxation, pain relief and bonding. It is wonderful for colic, constipation, and wind plus it aids in deeper and longer sleep for your little one. Our classes are small and you only need to bring a towel and your baby. $10.00 each session and booking is required to keep class sizes small currently on a Thursday afternoon, call now to secure your spot.
FLOAT TANK HIRE
Kalgoorlie's only Float Tank available. Used for pain management or just to relax and unwind. "floating" in our warm salt solution will give you immediate access to deep sensory relaxation, helping you to achieve a state of relaxation that is deeper, purer and more beneficial than sleep; giving you a wealth of physical and emotional benefits. Floating maximizes the benefits of fitness training and work-outs; the deep relaxation that comes from using the float tank improves circulation and accelerates the growth and regeneration of muscle tissue. Highly significant in today's very busy lifestyle, the float tank results in decreased stress levels, enabling you to better cope with life's stresses.
